Paul wrote, July 2021; Coopers Ocean Cabin is part of a glorious property overlooking the ocean just north of Bicheno. A haven of an extraordinary range of bird life and marsupials, the whole property is dotted with the most beautiful banksia marginatas I’ve ever seen. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and appointed. Rammed earth on both ends and double glazed throughout, it is warm and snug. We were treated to the brightest stars in our experience to fall asleep to at night and a wombat happily trotting past as we drank wine in the afternoon. And our stay was scored by the roaring of the waves crashing against the beautiful Boulder beach below. Brilliant. Thanks Julie and Kellie

Hedi Wrote, June 2021; If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it. No noise except for the crashing of waves on the beach and bird calls. The house was immaculate, stylish and had all the nice touches you would expect. We enjoyed watching the stars from the spa while listening to the waves. We even saw a wombat in the yard! Highly recommended and we will be back.

Mark wrote, June 2021; Coopers Ocean Cabin; Incredible place to stay, so close to the water. Don’t hesitate to jump in the tub ASAP as it is ready for you! The bed was top quality & the furnishings so comfortable. Loved wandering down to the dramatic coast just a couple of metres away. The ocean roaring at night will resonate with you. There is a reason this place was ranked 2nd on the list of Tasmania’s best Air Bnb’s.

Stevie wrote;   Amazing stay, we planned on hiking Douglas Apsley but found all we wanted to do was relax for our entire stay and enjoy what this amazing place has to offer. Very relaxing stay

Rachel Wrote:   We had such a beautiful stay at Coopers. It’s exactly what we needed and much more than we expected! The scenery is just stunning, we had the best time doing nothing much at all - perfect to relax. Had pizza and wine on the rocks off the cliff for dinner, followed by a hot tub, then we dragged out our blankets to the day bed to watch the sunrise in the morning, followed by some fresh eggs. The touches and ammenities in the cabin were great and all we needed. If you’re looking for a place to recharge and relax this is it- thanks for sharing your beautiful spot of Tassie with us!

My wife and I have just spent 2 blissful nights at the Pavillon. Built with lots of blood, sweat and tears by the girls, this property has European designed double glaze doors and windows, heated bathroom floor, top quality bedding , lovely bright living area and a view to die for overlooking the Tasman Sea to the east. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves below and a 180 degree Seaview was pretty awesome. A quick walk will take you to the beach or down to huge granite boulders to sit on, enjoy a wine and take in Tasmania’s beauty. A Weber bbq is provided on your deck and a bar fridge and microwave, together with fabulous breaky provisions and great coffee. No kitchen, as described in the listing (no hot plates or sink) ,do limit self catering but if that is what you need, try to book their other property next door, Coopers Ocean Cabin. Julie and Kellie and their dogs are around if you need anything at all and we enjoyed talking with them about their journeys with this property. Having travelled and stayed in many Air Bnb properties around the world, it’s a pity it’s taken COVID-19 to realise what is available in our own backyard. Do yourself a favour and try to make a booking here and savour what Tassie has to offer'

We absolutely loved our stay here at the Cooper cabin. The view and location are spectacular, the space is clean and modern athe jacuzzi is perfect for star gazing and listening to the ocean at night. We were travelling with our toddler, who also loved it here with the dogs, chickens and wildlife. His early rises also meant we were lucky enough to see the most amazing sunrises each day. Kellie and Julie were super friendly and hospitable. You would definitely not be disappointed with a stay here. Seymour is a great central point to explore the east coast or simply to stay here all day, relax with the wildlife and ocean.

Sensational spot and fantastic accommodation! Cant beat those views!

Emily August 2020

We will be back! Absolutely amazing! The owners even let us know of some whales that swam by so we were able to watch them from the comfort of the spa! Not to mention how cute the dogs are

Coopers Ocean Cabin is exactly as described on Airbnb. The photos and descriptions are accurate. The cabin is perched on a headland overlooking the ocean, the sound and sight of waves crashing on the rocks below was soothing and difficult to stop watching. The vista of stars at night through the windows and from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. Oh my gosh, the jacuzzi. Heated to 36 degrees and sitting right at the front of the cabin, it takes in all the views and as it began to get dark we were treated to a trio of wallabies foraging right in front of us. The cabin is light, facing east and is beautifully but minimally furnished. We felt that every need we had was previously anticipated by the hosts and there were plenty of seating options, the decor was modern and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Delightful touches included floor heating in the bathroom, clean dressing gowns, welcome chocolates and Worcestershire sauce in the fridge for oysters! We loved meeting the hosts, Julie and Kellie, playing with their dogs, Beau and Abby and interacting with the chickens. We would highly recommend and hope to go again soo

Absolutely amazing place to stay with spectacular views. 100% recommend anyone to stay there! One of the best airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The cabin has been thoughtfully decorated.
